A. Background from the Study Once we were nonetheless kids, we all dream of that which we want to be in the foreseeable future. Older people will often ask all of us if what we want to be later on. Most of us will tell you, they want to become a doctor, attorney or professional to name a lot of. We think and think about each of our career, yet once we already are in the college level, we have now dream to become successful in life and possess a stable job. But with the interest rate of joblessness here in nation continue to boost, there are not any guarantee that after we graduated we will have a job immediately. Regrettably, many nonetheless fail to possess stable jobs. Some even cannot find a job though they graduated from top rated schools. Then simply we identified ourselves stopping in the pool area of joblessness. Unemployment is indeed a very important issue all over the world. People are getting let go, some are unable to find a job, plus the number is increasing. Govt wants to attain full work but we all know that it will never happen simply because there are thousands of people in region and the govt or even the exclusive sectors provides for that many laborers. The federal government cannot only expand and increase total output so that it will provide job opportunities to the unemployed simply because there also unfavorable impact on our economy. I am aware that our country is usually suffering from excessive unemployment rate, because a few workers are only on a contractual basis. Sure they can operate but generally it is only to get 6 months plus there are no benefits included. After the span of six months, they will end up unemployed once again and they will have a difficult period especially if they were doing not surface finish schooling. Businesses now a day are definitely more sophisticated and competitive, that they don't just hire college or university


graduate student students although you may graduated from top schools. Having a masters degree will certainly be of help to find a job pertaining to companies appearance only for the very best. Some people engage in work that they are not likely with just like for previous year, people work as call center agents though their college degree is not really mass sales and marketing communications or something that has a interconnection of being a call center agent. They do this since they avoid want to be out of work and do nothing for an extended period of time.

N. Statement of the Problem Unemployment is very important issue, not just throughout our region but also for the people all over the world. This newspaper will keep pace with answer if the literacy charge, average years in school, GROSS DOMESTIC PRODUCT and total population include a relationship with the total unemployment. Can these exogenous variables explain the unemployment that is going on all over the world?
